We are honored that you chose us as a potential option to host your event or offer our services off-site for your upcoming event. Our goal is to ensure that your event is "stress free" for you and enjoyable for your guests.
Located in the heart of downtown in the historic city of Natchez, MS, our entire facility can accommodate up to 150 people. Our venue requires attendees to wear masks in order to enter the facility. Our facility is disinfected and sanitized multiple times throughout the day. We also supply hand sanitizer at each table and at each food station. We supply enough tables and chairs to ensure that social distancing is practiced. Your safety is our priority and of the utmost importance. We also provide off-site catering and our safety guidelines are still in place as we ensure that your food is properly prepared and transported safely.
Once the choices are confirmed, we will then discuss pricing, set-up and the layout of the event, along with client expectations and our event policies.
For our on-site clients, our venue does not allow outside catering. However, we do allow our clients to bring in desserts for their special events. Our facility rental cost is $125.00 per hour with a minimum facility usage time of 3 hours.
For our off site clients, there will be a delivery & set up fee charge added to your quote. If you are in need of staff, there will also be a charge for serving staff.
